PURCHASING THE ITEM

 

Select the product and size for online ordering, then add the item to the cart. After entering the correct email address, delivery address, and payer ID, select the payment method you want.

 

The prices on the website are shown in Georgian Lari (GEL).

The order amount will be deducted from your account upon order. If you want to cancel your order, please contact us and we will refund the amount to your account. 

If you do not fit the size, return the product to us for a return or refund.

CARD ACCEPTED ON THE WEBSITE

 

Payment can be made with credit or debit cards issued by VISA, MasterCard and American Express.

Payment can be made by Bank of Georgia interest-free, online and QR installments.

 

Top card holders have an interest-free installment of up to 3 months. Delivery price in Georgia includes VAT and other taxes. In all other countries, the price of the item does not include import tax. This means that you may be required to pay an import tax. DO NOTE THAT:

The ordered item (s) will be shipped only after we have verified and confirmed the payment. Each order contains official invoice, that indicates the exact amount paid for the item. 

All orders are accompanied by an official invoice indicating the exact amount of goods purchased. 

If the item was not received and was returned by the postal company, you will be deducted the actual cost of shipping. After the item is returned, the paid amount will be refunded. We will contact you and inform you of the return date through texting.



DELIVERY

 

The shop "Shoes Plaza" transports the products sold in the online shop through the LLC "Georgian Post", both in the territory of Georgia, as well as ensures the export of the item to the destination country and delivery to the buyer, in accordance with the legislation of the same country.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

Purchased products are not subject to a return policy unless the item is found damaged or defective during delivery. 

Each item purchased on www.shoesplaza.ge has individual and international codes confirming its origin, through Labels, Box-End Sticker, Price Tag, Barcode. Do not replace or remove them from the box if you want to return the purchased product. Items can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase by adding shipping costs.

To return / replace the item:

  • The customer must notify Shoes Plaza at info@shoesplaza.ge in writing within 7 days (from the date of receipt of the item) by filling out the online Return and Exchanger Request Form. Fill out the form at the link. See at Return and Exchange Request Form and send to the info@shoesplaza.ge
  • The item must not be used, worn, washed or damaged;
  • The marking and packaging on the mailbox must not be removed or damaged;
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging;
  • The item should not be purchased at a discount.

 

Items purchased under the promotion (promo promotions and Black Friday discounts) are not subject to return / exchange.

If the returned product is not returned, you will be notified and you can choose to bring the product back to you at your own expense. If you refuse to bring back, Shoes Plaza has the right to leave the product and the fee paid.

REFUND PERIOD AND PROCEDURES

 

If the product returned to the company meets all the requirements, "Shoes Plaza" will inform you about the return of the product at indicated email or phone number. 

The refund procedure will start no later than 14 days from the time you are notified of the return of the product and Shoes Plaza has verified that the refund has been complied with.

Refunds will be charged within 14 days of receiving the application.
